Our Staff:
Greg Clark
SENIOR PASTOR
Greg became the Senior Pastor of Cedar Crest in December, 1997.
A native of Dothan, Alabama, Greg received his Bachelor of Arts from Southeastern Louisiana University and his Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.
He and his wife, Mary, have two adult children, Niki and Nathan.
Lynn Wilson
ADMINISTRATIVE PASTOR
Lynn joined the Cedar Crest staff in January 2013 after retiring from a 30+ year career in health care management.
He, his wife Donna, and their three sons have been members since 1988.
Lynn has a passion for supporting church ministries, strengthening leadership, and helping create systems that allow the church to thrive in its mission.
Austin Prince
ASSOCIATE/STUDENT PASTOR
Austin, born in Alabama, serves as the Associate and Student Pastor at Cedar Crest.
A graduate of Troy University, Austin is married to his wife Sydney, and together they have three children: Tobias, Harper, and Gideon. He enjoys outdoor activities and values family time.
After 3.5 years of pastoral experience in Florida, God called Austin and his family to Louisiana, where he is dedicated to equipping students to abide, engage, invest, and become devoted followers of Jesus.
Jeremy Lowe
WORSHIP LEADER
Jeremy is our Worship Leader and leads our Praise and Worship Team and band on Sunday mornings.
His responsibilities include vision casting for worship services, planning and preparing for Sunday worship, leading the Praise Team and band each week, and working with members of the AVL team to make our Sunday morning services the best they can be.
Jeremy has experience in all aspects of worship leadership, serving churches in this area for more than 20 years. Jeremy and his wife, Dana, and children, Dara and Levi, have been at Cedar Crest since the beginning of 2023.
Lydia Garlington
CHILDREN'S MINISTRY COORDINATOR
Lydia is our Children’s Ministry Coordinator with a passion for loving and serving children and families.
She is married to Cody Garlington, and together they have two daughters. Lydia graduated from Ouachita Baptist University in 2015 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education.
During her 7 years of teaching public school, she earned Ouachita Parish Top 5 Elementary Teachers of the Year. Feeling a call to serve in the church, she then joined Cedar Crest staff in September of 2022.
Sarah Terral
CHILDREN'S MINISTRY ASSOCIATE
Sarah serves as our Children’s Ministry Associate and supervises the church’s nursery staff.
She has been a member of Cedar Crest since 2018. Sarah serves in the New Mom’s ministry, as well as starting Moms on Mission. She is married to Jonathan and they have 4 children: Lylen, Vivian, Grayson, and Jack.
Jonathan Gregory
WORSHIP ASSOCIATE
Jonathan Gregory serves as our Worship Associate here at Cedar Crest.
Jonathan graduated from Northeast Baptist School. He is currently the service coordinator for Golden Equipment here in West Monroe.
Jonathan has been serving in worship leadership in this area for the past 15 years and joined the Cedar Crest staff in 2025. He and his wife, Jaidyn, have been married since 2024.
Jim Plank
MISSIONS & OUTREACH COORDINATOR, DISCIPLE LIFE DIRECTOR
Jim and his wife, Kathryn have been members at Cedar Crest since February of 1990.
Together, Jim and Kathryn have five children and share eleven grandchildren. He has served as a volunteer at Cedar Crest leading some of our educational efforts and has previous experience in the retail business as an owner and a leader in an organization that care for people with development disabilities.
Mindy LeBlanc
CHOIR DIRECTOR
Mindy is the director of Cedar Crest’s adult choir.
Mindy is a graduate of West Monroe High School and ULM. She has taught music and choir at several area middle and high schools, in addition to being the Worship Leader and Choir Director at Parkview Baptist Church for 4 years.
Mindy is married to Tim, and they have 3 daughters: Caroline, Gabby, and Annalise.
Jaxon Thompson
STUDENT MINISTRY INTERN
Jaxon joined our staff in 2025 as a Student Ministry intern.
He is a graduate of West Monroe High School, where he was elected as captain of the soccer team. Jaxon is currently a student in the Nursing program at Louisiana Tech University.
He has a heart for serving students and is excited to invest in the next generation by helping them to know and follow Jesus.
Melanie Eager
GENERAL SECRETARY
Melanie joined the Cedar Crest staff, as the General Secretary, in July of 2022.
She has 17 years of previous church secretarial experience. She is married to Tony & they have two dogs.
Jodi Beach
FINANCIAL SECRETARY
Jodi Beach is married to Larry and has been the financial secretary since late 2017.
She and Larry have been long time members of Cedar Crest and have served in various ways over the years. She and Larry live in Farmerville where they are building their dream home with their own hands.
George Fletcher
CUSTODIAN
George has been the custodian at Cedar Crest since 2016. He is responsible for keeping the Worship Center and Education Building clean and setting up for special events.
George and his wife Karen have been members since 1998.
